Recipe taken from Lucky Peach presents 101 Easy Asian Recipes

I used too much puff pastry for each crust, which meant they puffed straight up and left very little cavity to pour in any egg custard. Good news is, puff pastry is quite tasty. Bad news, I wasted a lot of egg custard.
